AgentsArchitects offers custom AI agent development, deployment, and maintenance services. Service scope and deliverables are defined in each client contract or proposal.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete data for agent training and deployment
• Maintain confidentiality over access credentials
• Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer AgentsArchitects technology

3. Payment & Billing

All services are subject to agreed-upon fees and billing schedules. Late payments may incur interest or service disruption.

4. Intellectual Property

• AI agents built by AgentsArchitects using client data remain the property of the client.
• The underlying platform, architecture, and proprietary tooling remain AgentsArchitects intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability

AgentsArchitects is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide services “as is” without warranty of any kind, except as expressly stated in project contracts.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms or non-payment, with notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in its courts.

9. Amendments

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
